Anti-discriminatory clause

In accordance with e.g. PTPP Code of Ethics, a PTPP Member cannot, through action or negligence, act in a way that bears features of direct or indirect discrimination, especially in regards to gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, faith, worldview, disability, age or sexual orientation.

Questions/Complaints

Questions and complaints can be directed towards Ethics Committee through:

· a direct e-mail do Ethics Committee;

· personally / through post office or courier directed to PTPP Headquarters, with clear and visible note “for the Ethics Committee”;

· the below online form

A question aims at receiving the Committee’s opinion regarding the implementation of the Code of Ethics. The Committee explains, consults and issues recommendations regarding the ethics of psychotherapeutic work and condducting reaserch;

A complaint questions professional behaviour of psychoanalytic psychotherapist associated within PTPP during their work as a psychotherapist, holding position as member of authorities or their private life.

The Ethics Committee will not take action in matters that concern the merit and technic of conducting psychotherapy as long as they don’t contradict the PTPP’s Statute, regulations, Code of Ethics or arę not working to the detriment of PTPP.
