1. This privacy policy applies to the PTPP Service, hereinafter referred to as the PTPP Service, available at: serwis.ptpp.pl
2. The operator of the PTPP Service and the Administrator of personal data processed on the PTPP Service shall be the Polish Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with registered office in Warsaw, ul. Złota 9/8, 00-019 Warsaw, KRS: 0000171724, REGON: 015554244, NIP: 1181697458, hereinafter referred to as PTPP.

Para. 2 [The purpose of personal data processing]
1. The PTPP Service uses personal data to:
a) run on the PTPP Service the Event Module: Seminars and lectures, with an electronic payment system,;
b) run a newsletter and provide information about the activities of PTPP;
c) provide ordered services, including handling lecture enrolments;
d) process electronic payments to PTPP and cooperate with Tpay – the operator of the electronic payment system, including in order to ensure communication between Tpay and the individuals making payments;
(e) exercise the rights and obligations of lecture attendees;
f) protect the legitimate interests of the PTPP and fulfil the PTPP’s obligations under the rules of law, including in particular tax and accounting, statistics and archiving.
2. Personal data are processed by the Administrator for no longer than it is necessary to perform related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting).
3. Personal data are processed in accordance with the law, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing (…) Journal of the European Union,2016 L No. 119, p. 1, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, for particular, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes.
4. PTPP does not process personal data in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
Para. 3 [Purpose and basis of personal data processing]
Personal data are processed on the PTPP Service upon the consent of the signing up person (art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), in connection with the recording of the lecture and participation therein (art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), due to the obligations of PTPP (art. 6 section 1 (c) of the GDPR), due to the legitimate interests of PTPP (art. 6 section (1) (f) GDPR).
Para. 4 [method of obtaining personal data]
1. Personal data on the PTPP Service are obtained form individuals signing up for a lecture. They are saved, for example, after voluntary submission of the registration form or by saving cookies in the devices of individuals (so-called „cookies”).
2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the PTPP Service.
3. A person signing up for the lecture has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Para. 5 [methods of personal data protection]
1 PTPP uses the following data protection methods:
The login and data entry sites are protected during transmission (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server;
b) passwords of users are stored in a hashed form. The hash function works one way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is now a modern standard in the field of storing user passwords.
(c) the PTPP regularly changes its administrative passwords;
(d) the PTPP regularly makes security copies;
e) PTPP regularly updates the software of the .
Para. 6 [sharing data of PTPP Service users]
1. PTPP may transfer personal data of users to other recipients, if it is necessary to execute a user’s order (e.g. registration for the Lecture), to exercise the rights and obligations of PTPP and persons signing up for the Lecture. This applies to such groups of recipients:
a) the hosting company maintaining the PTPP Service and providing other IT infrastructure;
(b) the operator of the electronic payment system and its subcontractors;
c) authorized employees and co-workers who use the data in connection with the operation and purposes of the PTPP Service;
(d) accounting firm hired by PTPP;
(e) training firm hired by PTPP;
(f) law firm hired by PTPP;
(g) communication and teleconferencing company hired by PTPP;
h) public administration bodies
2. Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that the PTPP does not send data outside the European Union.
Para. 7 [rights of PTPP Service users]
1. Users have the right to:
a) access to their own personal data (art. 15 of the GDPR);
b) rectification of their own data (art. 16 of the GDPR);
c) deletion of their own data (art. 17 of the GDPR);
d) restricting the processing of their own data (art. 18 of the GDPR);
e) transferring their own data (art. (art. 20 of the GDPR).
2. The User of the PTPP Service has the right to object to the processing of personal data indicated above in order to pursue legitimate interests by PTPP, but the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for their processing, overriding the User interests, rights and freedoms, in particular to establish, pursue or defend claims (art. 21 of the GDPR).
3. The user is entitled to complain to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Para. 8 [data processed on the PTPP Service]
1. The following personal data are processed on the PTPP Service;
a) name and surname;
(b) residence address and business address;
c) e-mail, phone number, website;
d) membership in PTPP

3. Information on user behavior on the website may be subject to login. These data are used to administer the PTPP Service.

b) contact details of the user (payer) – phone number, address, e-mail address;
c) transaction data of the user (payer) – bank account number, payment card data

PTPP does not use statistical analysis of website traffic using marketing tools.
Para. 10 [cookies]
1. The Website uses cookies.
Cookies contain data, text data in particular, that are stored in the User’s end device and are intended to be used by the PTPP Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the terminal device, and a unique number.
3. The entity placing cookies at the final stage of the User and obtaining access to them is PTPP.
4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a) maintenance of the User’s session (after logging in) to allow the User to use the PTPP Service without re-typing their login and password;
b) achieving the objectives set out above in Para. 7;
There are two main types of cookies used on the Website: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device till log out time, leaving the website or disabling the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device within time specified in the cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

5. Internet browsers usually allow cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Users of the PTPP Service may change the settings in this area. 6. Any restrictions in the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the PTPP Service.
7. If the User does not wish to receive cookies, they may change browser settings. Disabling cookies that are necessary for the processes of authentication, security, storing of the User preferences can hinder, and in some cases, prevent the user from viewing PTPP web pages.
