Para. 1 [service provider]
1. The services are provided by the Polish Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Złota 9/8, 00-019 Warsaw, KRS: 0000171724, REGON: 015554244, NIP: 1181697458, hereinafter referred to as PTPP.
Para. 2 [services]
1. PTPP provides free and paid lectures under the conditions specified in the offers posted on its website and in the PTPP Service. Registration and payment for the above-mentioned events takes place via the PTPP Service.
Para. 3 [account in the PTPP Service and terms of use of the PTPP Service]
1. Minimum requirements for using the PTPP Service for both members and non-members of PTPP: Internet access, a properly configured and updated web browser accepting cookies and an active and properly configured e-mail account. PTPP shall not be responsible for events resulting from the non-compliance of the person using the PTPP Service with the above-mentioned technical requirements necessary to cooperate with the ICT system used by it.
2. In order to use electronic payments in the PTPP Service, it is required to meet the conditions specified by the operator of the electronic payment system: Krajowy Integrator Płatności, S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, Plac Andersa 3, 17th floor, 61-894 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000412357, NIP 7773061579, REGON 300878437, share capital PLN 5,494,980.00 – paid in full (hereinafter: „Tpay”).
3. The person using the PTPP Service shall be responsible for the proper operation of electronic devices and software used to access the PTPP Service.
4. The PTPP shall provide access to the PTPP Service via encrypted and secure connections.
5. The person using the PTPP Service shall accept the terms of these Terms and Conditions. No one shall have the right to post unlawful content in the PTPP Service, in particular content that may violate the personal rights of others, including PTPP, as well as to take actions that may cause interference or damage to the PTPP Service or Tpay electronic payment system.

Para. 4 [registration for lectures in the PTPP Service]
1. Registration for lectures in the PTPP Service shall be made by filling in the registration form below the lecture offer.
2. PTPP members shall not be obliged to sign up for lectures. The link will be sent to the PTPP members without registering or payment 3 days prior to the lecture at the latest. If there are fees also for the members and candidates, then such information shall be clearly given in the announcement of the event.
3. Confirmation of sending the registration form takes place by clicking on the button with visible „sign up and pay” instruction.
4. After registration and payment for the lecture, the Ordering Party shall receive one e-mail with confirmation of registration and another one with confirmation of payment along with a link to Zoom platform where the lecture will be held. In the event that the link to the lecture is not received after payment, the Ordering Party shall immediately notify PTPP by e-mail at wplaty@ptpp.pl.
5. If the translation of an open lecture will be made available in advance two links will be sent in an auto-generated response to the email address provided immediately after payment for the lecture: one to zoom and the other to a folder with the content of the lecture. The lecture content will be placed in this folder a few days before the lecture and will be downloadable 7 days after the lecture.
Para. 5 [terms of lectures, trainings, and fees]
1. The conditions for participation in lectures and trainings are specified in the offers of lectures and trainings.
2. The offer of a lecture or training shall specify:
(a) whether the event is payable and what is the amount payable;
(b) what is the deadline for payment of the fee;
c) the conditions for resignation from the event, including the possibility of resignation from the event without incurring costs and without giving reasons within 14 days before the event and the circumstances excluding the possibility of such resignation from the event (in accordance with Annexes 1 and 2 to the Terms and Conditions);
d) place, form (online/ live) and date of the event
e) topic of the lecture, speaker and moderator
f) contact phone number and e-mail address for matters related to the lecture;
(g) whether the lecture is open to persons outside the PTPP or only to the PTPP members;
(h) number of places. The number of participants is limited. Participation in the lectures is determined by the order of applications;
(i) whether the event can be recorded by participants or whether the organiser will record and make the recording of the event available to the participants;
j) whether confidential materials will be presented during the lecture and whether the participant is required to submit a confidentiality obligation.
3. Confirmation of registration for the lecture shall take place after meeting all the conditions for participation in the lecture specified in the lecture offer. These conditions also include the payment of the full fee in accordance with the terms of the lecture offer.
4. Failure to meet the conditions for participation in the lecture, including failure to pay within the time limit specified in the lecture offer shall mean deletion from the list of lecture participants.
5. PTPP shall confirm the registration for the lecture and the conditions for participation in the lecture in accordance with the content of the offer.
6. In a situation where the speaker is from outside of PTPP, the Management Board may each time determine a fee in the appropriate amount paid from the funds collected from the payments for the lecture.
Para. 6 [rules for making payments and forms of payment in the PTPP Service]
1. Payments to PTPP in the PTPP Service may be made as follows:
a) By online transfer via the Tpay electronic payment system;
b) With BLIK via the Tpay electronic payment system;
(c) With the PayPal electronic payment system;
d) By traditional transfer into the PTPP bank account number 08 1240 1037 1111 0010 0081 3850 with the following indication in the transfer title: Name and Surname, type of fee and, optionally, the date of the lecture or training.
This form of payment is possible only if it is not possible to pay for the lecture through the Tpay electronic payment system. In this case, immediately after making the payment, send its confirmation to the email address wplaty@ptpp.pl, which will enable you to meet the deadline for registration and payment as in the other forms of payment.
2. Payment for the service should be made in one form. You cannot combine different payment methods in a single order.
3. Payment via the Tpay electronic payment system should be made on the day of placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
4. Payments via Tpay may only be made by persons authorized to use the system that has been selected for payment.
5. PTPP provides a payment form with the order. The data from the form are automatically transferred to Tpay via encrypted and secure connections.
6. After approving the transaction form and selecting the appropriate payment method, the payer is automatically redirected to the bank’s website or the Tpay authorization and settlement center.
7. In order to make the payment, the payer should confirm the payment on the Tpay website in accordance with the rules specified by Tpay. In the event of making changes to the automatically completed payment form, the payment may not be processed.
8. The payer who makes a payment by traditional transfer is obliged to pay the amount due within one day of registration. If the payment is not credited to the PTPP account within 3 calendar days, the order will be canceled.
Para. 7 [resignation from lecture]
The conditions for resignation from the lecture are specified in the lecture offer.
Para. 8 [changes to the terms of the lecture]
1. PTPP shall retain the right to change the terms of the lecture, including changing the date or canceling the lecture, in particular in the absence of a sufficient number of participants, force majeure, and other factors independent of the organizer.
2. The refund of the fee for the cancelled event shall take place within 14 days from the date of notification of the cancellation of the event.
3. The participant may resign at no cost from the lecture, the terms of which have been changed.
Para. 9 [liability]
1. PTPP shall be responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of services on the terms specified in the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
2. PTPP shall not be responsible for the possessions of the lecture participants.
3. PTPP shall not be liable for fees and other costs, including currency conversion costs, in connection with the reimbursement of the lecture fee charged by the bank of the participant who has resigned from the lecture.
4. PTPP shall not be liable for the consequences of incorrect, outdated or unverified data stored in PTPP member’s account and persons signing up and paying for participation in events organized by PTPP in the PTPP Service.
5. PTPP shall be not responsible for the consequences of the participant’s not receiving or losing the link to the online lecture for reasons that do not depend on PTPP.
6. Participants in lectures and trainings shall be responsible for damage caused to other participants, PTPP and third parties in connection with the participation in the event.
Para. 10 [personal data in the PTPP Service]
The personal data administrator is the Polish Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Złota 9/8, 00-019 Warsaw, KRS: 0000171724, REGON: 015554244, NIP: 1181697458. The detailed rules for the processing of personal data by PTPP on the PTPP Website can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Para. 11 [complaints regarding the PTPP Service]
Any complaints shall be reported to PTPP at the e-mail address: info@ptpp.pl or by registered mail to the address of PTPP ul. Złota 9/8; 00-019 Warsaw. Complaints shall be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Para. 12 [final provisions]
1. In matters not covered by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Act on the provision of electronic services, Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as well as Journal of Laws of 2016 item 344 and the Consumer Rights Act of 2014, item 827, i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287. shall apply
2. The Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 20.01.2023
3. The Terms and Conditions shall be subject to change and updating. The change shall binding, unless the participant resigns from the training within 14 days from the date of notification of the change of conditions.

Appendix 1 The right to resign from the lecture
The participant shall have the right to cancel the lecture (withdraw from the contract) within 14 days before the lecture without giving any reason. The deadline for resignation from the lecture shall expire 14 days prior to its date.
In order to exercise the right to resign from the lecture, the participant shall inform PTPP about their decision to resign from it by means of an unambiguous statement sent to the e-mail address: wplaty@ptpp.pl
The resignation form can be used, but it is not mandatory.
In order to meet the deadline for resignation from the lecture, it shall be sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of one’s right before the deadline for resignation.
Effects of resignation from training or lecture:
In the event of resignation from the lecture, the PTTP shall return all payments received immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of being informed about the participant’s decision to resign from the lecture. Such reimbursement shall be carried out using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless the participant expressly agrees otherwise; in any event, the participant shall not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
